Ravioli stuffed with a mixture of pancetta, italian sausage, veal, mushroom and ricotta. Tossed with a cream sauce. Roasted chicken on a bed of onions.
The pancetta is finished!
Grilled ciabatta with sauted spinach and marina, pancetta, topped with a fried egg!
